A portion of the structure was purchased by the owner and then collateral aspects were designed and engineered into a robust new construction scope for this luxury destination. Spectrum Consulting retained to coordinate with GC for ever changing completion schedule full of design changes, permitting and multiple miscellaneous delays to project completion.
